I am a little late with this review of our stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka'an, as we stayed at the resort from March 30/25 - April 13/25. The stay was very enjoyable thanks in part to the awesome sta...ff! I will try to list the people that went above and beyond in their roles. Guest Services: Armando, Roberto, Rodrigo were incredible as they were always checking to see if everything was good with our room and if we required anything. There were other guest service staff that were also helpful - but the names elude me for the moment. Bartending staff: Too many to mention (hahaha). Carlos (Charly), Pablo, Randy, Giovanni, Carlos (Calvin), Jorge (beach bar), Jovani (beach bar) and several others kept everyone happy during their shifts. Waitress/waiters bar staff: Shout out to Deysi, Melissa, Jennifer, Sylvia, Lucero, Angelica, Lorena, Gabby, and Yender. I have a feeling that I have left some staff off of this list :( Buffet Staff: Daniel, Miriam, Alina are just a few of the workers here that were great to us. Again some names I forget, but rest assured that the entire staff is absolutely awesome! Some other people that made our stay enjoyable were: Edwin at the bell boy desk, Roque at Alux restaurant, Carmen Puc, Alex (entertainment staff), and many others!! All the staff would smile and greet you at anytime of the day. I would suggest that you take a few minutes out of your day to acknowledge and get acquainted with the employees, as they are all wonderful people. We always look forward to visiting this resort and re-connecting with all the staff. The ala cartes were all enjoyable that we had booked. We were able to go to Katok, Alux, Maiko, Tappenyaki, and Le Gourmet. Once again, thanks to the resort staff for the opportunity to create such great memories for my wife and myself!! (I do hope this will be shared with the staff members) Thanks, Kevin and Jeannine.

I have to say I was extremely disappointed with our stay. The staff were extremly un-friendly especially in the Centoe resturant which is essentially the only place you can food after 10:00. There was not ...a single instance where the service here changed whether we tipped or did not. The ONLY staff that saved this experience for us were Juan (part of the entertainment team) his infectious positivity and friendliness towards us every single day were wonderful. Carlos (pool bar) he always remembered my husband and I and greeted us with a smile and remembered what type of liquor we liked and ensured we were taken care of. Randi (lobby bar) was SO kind and friendly with us. He always made sure to greet us during busy times and that our drinks were made even by other staff correctly. The buffet is the exact same food every single day. Dinner only changed once and it was on Sunday. Everything shuts down pretty promptly at 10:00 and then you have nowhere to go but, the Cenote where you will wait 30+ minutes to even get a water. Overall the resort itself is lovely but, the every single day miserable staff really ruined this for us.

The service is outstanding. Isobel from guest services helped set up every request we had. We were celebrating our 50th birthday, and she made it extra special. Juan and Marco from the entertainment team m...ade sure we had a great time during the activities and the shows. Food was excellent! Ali in the buffet always greets you with a huge smile. She goes out of her way to make you feel like family.

Our 5th time staying at Sian Khan, as you can quess we absolutely love it! Entertainment team are always outstanding especially Delmare ! Food choice is amazing and we always take full advantage of all the... al le Cartes! All staff are very friendly and will do anything they can to make your stay perfect! Special mention to Carlos for all our poolside drinkstoo! Definitely will be back either Septemer this year or May next year.

Fourth holiday here we love it. Thank you to all the staff. So friendly and helpful. Lovely spa treatments Rosa and Yeemil(sorry if we have spelt the name wrong). Rooms cleaned daily. Good entertainment t...eam. Good food. One negative hard to get bookings in the A la carte.
