Wonder stay. I enjoyed by time at the resort. The food was very good and entertainment was excellent. Can't wait to do it again.

The first couple of times my husband I have gone there was great, mind you we go there all the time we are not timeshare holders but since they know we are not intreseted in buying their timeshare they started treating us like we were strangers. I dont like the feeling and I dont appreciate there attitude they placed us in the worst room possible we tip every where we go and it was discouraging the last visit to even tip. They treated us horrible never again will we ever do EL Cid resorts again

Our family of 5 stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. The staff were friendly. Facilities were clean. Our butler's Ivan Garcia and Cali Medina were amazing. They always checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed to make our time there relaxing and memorable. Thank you for everything you guys did for us.

Thank you to all the staff in Ventus. Thank you to Dr. Damian at Pronatours for helping us planning tour for 18 people. Sheila our concierge very sweet and always checking on us. Our butler Mr. Paisano Brulio , Alberto and Sebastian thank you so much for scheduling our dinner and transportation. My family love so much with the foods and beautiful three resort where you can walk and enjoy after eating and drinking. They wish that they can stay longer than a week.

I really did not like this resort. First off the area is remote and the beach is bad. Staff members have not adapted to their predominantly English speaking guests while the rest of Cancún has. The majority of the staff was unfriendly and not very knowledgeable about the amenities of the resort. Trying to get sodas brought up to our room was always a fight. Our ac didn’t work and we had to stay in our room and keep calling the front desk to see if they would check out ac. Upon checkout, the bell boy didn’t come to pick up our luggage. Our stay was the opposite of relaxing. We have stayed at nicer resorts with better service in Cancun. Look for a resort with a better location, nicer beach and friendlier staff. I would not recommend this resort.
