Sadly the Westin is a tired and dated hotel. The room was ok but the bathroom was terrible. Gym has largely old equipment too. Bar was closed while they renovate so a temp one was set up in a room! Feels ...like this place is a shadow of its former glory.

Checked into The Westin and am already feeling welcomed! Jeff Aquino from the Concierge had been super helpful, and treated every guest with utmost hospitality. His smile and laughter was contagious throug...hout the entire conversation. This service level is what makes a hotel stand out from the rest. Thanks Jeff!

Hotel is wonderful to Bonvoy Elites. I had booked a deluxe tower room and was upgraded to a junior suite as a titanium. The room was great! The lounge at this property is well above average for a domestic... Bonvoy property. Breakfast spread was very good with many hot options! Not a huge fan of destination fees but the hotel makes it easy to use on grab and go food items in its market. Overall would highly consider this hotel when I travel to San Francisco

First of all, the hotel is beautiful. It's very centrally located and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and several tourist attractions. The accommodations were great, the bed was especiall...y comfortable. The Club Lounge was served a great breakfast and good appetizers during Happy Hour. The Saint Francis offered several lovely amenities in addition to the Club Lounge for Bonvoy members including an afternoon wine tasting. We also enjoyed having night caps at the bar. My husband loved the espresso martinis, and I totally enjoyed having a hot toddy before turning in for the night. Although all of the staff members were helpful, our concierge, Jeff Aquino, was wonderful. He provided excellent information and guidance and has the perfect personality for his role. He went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay as well as made solid recommendations about where to go and what to do. Jeff is a welcoming presence and a valuable asset to the hotel. We look forward to future stays at the Saint Francis.

Beautiful hotel with great views and centrally located right next to a historic cable car line. The best part was how helpful the concierge was. It was my first time visiting San Francisco and Jeff Aquino ...was super helpful in showing me how to get around with public transportation so I could see the most iconic parts of the city during my short trip. Jeff's help went a long way in making a memorable first visit.
