A great hotel, excellent location, huge windows looking out over the harbour. Room was very well equipped, plenty of space, very comfortable hotel. All staff we dealt with were excellent. Special mention to the lovely Concierge (can't remember name) who was extremly helpful with interesting suggestions to see sights and money saving options for getting there!! Could not fault a single thing. Would have no hesitation staying here again.

From the moment we arrived until checkout the following day, we received top tier service. Our room was spotless, luxurious, and very well appointed. The Gold level accomodations were well worth the upgrade. Very convenient to the cruise ship terminal and the waterfront. Highly recommend!
