I have always loved staying at this hotel. The great location, history and beautiful rooms stand out above other Vancouver hotels. What truly sets this hotel apart is the employees and the excellent service they provide. In particular, Diana at the front desk is a stand out star. She was caring, extremely helpful and recognized the special reason for our visit to celebrate my retirement. People like Diana are what make this hotel truly special and the only hotel I will stay at in Vancouver.

This hotel is in an excellent location—very central, making it easy to get around. The restaurant is delicious and has a cozy atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, providing a great stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We are repeat customers at this hotel as the location is amazing, but this was the first time staying on a gold floor and what a treat that was. As the weather outside was frightful, we found ourselves staying inside the hotel more and enjoyed hanging out in our spacious room and the welcoming lounge complete with drinks and delicious snacks. We also enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool. We had a fabulous stay. Thanks Fairmont!

It’s a grand hotel, but the staff set it apart, especially those at the concierge desk. Top notch! Our room, a twin queen suite was perfect. The gym was a surprise, better equipped than most hotel gyms. All in all you’d be pressed to find a more enjoyable experience in the city.

Stayed here for two nights recently as part of our family holiday. We had two rooms, a king size room and a twin and both were great. Really comfy beds and lots of space in the room. Lovely Le Lobo Rose 31 toiletries in the bathrooms. Check in and check out was very easy. We ordered room service food one night and it came quickly and was delicious. The hotel is central to lots of Vancouver cafes, Resturant and attractions. We were leaving on a cruise from this hotel and could easily walk the couple of blocks from the hotel to the cruise terminal with our luggage. Only very small downside we had was that service was really slow when we had breakfast in the hotel Resturant on one of the mornings. The food was lovely but we just had a bit of a wait for it.
