Probably one of our holiday nightmare hotel ever.it says 5 star but in reality it's 2/3 star. If you are a vegetarian don't book here as each and ever dish will have meat added the chief is hopeless and would not get a job outside Cuba other then cleaner. It turned out as a holiday nightmare as vegetarians. For last 13 days we've had fruit and bread roll with cheese. They were not willing to help .they would point out to cold buffet like peas cucumber and carrots as vegetarian. They will have 6to eight dishes containing meat. Staff were excellent in may aspects waiters and cleaners. You get the same option for your duration of holiday if you eat meat. They say they have issues with supplies when you complain and it's same on next day. FOR GODS SAKE AND YOURS DONT BOOK HERE!!!

Worst resort ever, does not cater for vegetarian at all. Don't choose thus place if you are vegetarian or vegan. Staff in the kitchen are nit helpful especially at lunch service at the laguna they seem to think it's OK to mix meat with everything.
