Awful hotel been to cuba over 50 times this is the worst hotel ever.mold n bugs in room .management did nothing .they would pass the buck to someone else.no one took responsability for anything.if you wanted something you had to hound them constantly every day.they would make appointments with you and never show up.food was ok but always cold.the best thing was the bartenders.quiet pool was nice but had to ask everyday to open washrooms.would not recomend this hotel at all.so disappointed.

The entertainment staff was amazing with plenty for family and adults alike , the staff was kind and friendly aleays smiking and very helpful, great shows every night and lots of activities on the beach. The resort is worth the visit with Veradero town close by with bus service at the door. Had a great time and would recomend this resort
