Stayed here during our trip to Vancouver Island, lovely Hotel, great location. We arrived after a long day's travelling, we had booked our trip with Trailfinders, we had a room with "City View" the term i...s very misleading as we found out. The Hotel has Harbour View and City View rooms, our room was City View. In fact we had no View at all with the windows blanked out with opaque sheets on the windows. We had 2 nights here, it was somewhat disappointing, but overall the Hotel is really good. Just specify a Harbour View, we would of if we had known.
Strictly Avoid Not worth the name nor the price.

Where do I start. I am a Platinum Member of Accor Group. Staying at 7th Fairmont in last 25 days. Check in ... the room is not ready till 4.00 pm and beyond and you have to wait for it. The Google stick ...in the television is not working ... so you have to call Maintenance team multiple times to get it done. In the lounge Breakfast they don't offer any eggs to order ... however when we ordered one got it after 55 minutes ... really you need so much of time. The room flooring makes lots of noise which actually disturbs your sleep at night. It's 4 pm of the next day and the room is still not cleaned despite multiple reminders. By the way I am staying in Gold 1 Br suite and this is the level of service that I am getting. Really Pathetic ... even a 2 star hotel would have been better.
