Truly a paradise!

The resort was beyond what we expected! It felt like we were in paradise! We stayed at the Royal Towers and it was amazing. Booking the transfer to the hotel through their website with Majestic Tours was very convenient and easy. It was $33 round trip per person. At arrival, the person who helped us check in gave us an upgrade on our room and it definitely made our stay better! The resort was decorated very beautifully for Christmas. All the staff were very friendly and would always greet us when passing by. The aquaventure park was great, the rapids were our favorite! The Marina Pizza, the Shake Shack, Murray’s Deli and McKenzie’s conch snack were our favorite places to eat. The service at the restaurants were all great even though the 15% Tip was already included. We were very impressed with the amount of activities and shops there was inside the resort. We will definitely be coming back in the future. It’s definitely worth to stay in the Royal Towers, you’re at the center of everything.
Paranza Restaurant

The Paranza restaurant was a disappointment. Way to price for the portion and the server was disrespectful. I was giving a can of chef Boyardee. Will not recommend nor go back. Talked to Hotel and Casino and got the runaround. Was told by Server maybe next time.
