We have been coming to Occidental Punta Cana for the past 16 years and have plans to come next year. The beach is incredible and the staff at the Royal Club are such a wonderful group of people who go out of their way to make us feel welcome. They are friendly, kind and attentive. Hipolito and his crew are great!

The service I received specifically from Hipolito and his team at the Royal Restaurant was fantastic. Very detail oriented, following up with us anytime we decided to dine elsewhere and making sure we were always satisfied with the service.
