nice hotel and caring people but charge of breakfast is misleading

the hotel is OK, location is perfect, but you pay for it 600 for 3 nights without breakfast for 1 people. breakfast service is very nice, people really care for customers the billing of breakfast is however very confusing, supposed to be 34 dollars- which I found very expensive in the first place for a -good indeed- buffet but that you can find usually anywhere else at cheaper cost.... you know you are in San francisco so 34 dollars announced before tipping but the price display is actually 43 dollars on the bill you are delivered. what is misleading is a by default 10% tip already included, but the receipt still offers you to add on top of it; which I naively did first two days, I did not get it until the 3rd day, then I decided not to tip on top of the 10% and I was charged eventually more than previous days!!! very misleading and made me a bit angry

This hotel was on another level. I am a Hilton Honors member and this hotel was one of the best yet! You’re close to a bunch of restaurants and places to see. The front desk staff were amazing, I didnt have a microwave in my room and when I asked the front desk, they delivered a microwave straight to my room! The view was amazing and there was no issues with the elevator at all as I find that to be a common issue with a hotel this size. The rooms were clean and the interior design was beautiful. My only complaint would be that the valet lacked a bit of customer service and weren’t the most approachable. Overall stay was outstanding! Would recommend and come here again!
