Effective October 11, guests staying at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay and Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán for 4+ nights can enjoy complimentary admission to the Grand Acuario Mazatlán, Latin America's premier Aquarium. Covering 75 acres, the aquarium showcases the rich biodiversity of the Sea of Cortez with captivating exhibits featuring 260 marine species. From mammals and cetaceans to sea turtles, sharks, jellyfish, and manta rays, it's a family-friendly wonderland inspiring the next generation of marine enthusiasts.
Guests will receive their complimentary tickets at check-in. The Grand Aquarium operates daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and no reservation is required.

Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay, Mazatlán - AWESOME.

This resort is kept immaculate. The employees are dedicated to your enjoyment and are always ready to help you or get whatever you need. Is the Resort brand new? No, it is not. BUT you see everywhere you g...o that the employees are always making sure it looks new. The grounds are immaculate, the 3 pools are sparkling clean ( I would say hi to the pool cleaners every morning at 530am, 7 days a week) the restaurants and tables are always set to perfection, and again, everyone is very very nice and professional. This is not our first time with Emerald Bay, so all this is not a fluke. If you are from the United States, have Directv, have the Directv app, do your research and get a VPN to watch your recordings, or recorded sports, like we did with our San Diego Padres. Get a cable from your phone to the HDMI on the TV and late at night, have a drink and watch your games. Walmart Marina, WILL deliver and order to you at the hotel. Soft drinks, munchies, sugar, etc. Worked well. They won't deliver alcohol, but we brought three 1.75 liters of vodka and cranberry in our 3 checked luggage to hold us a few nights ????. Going to Walmart for alcohol or other needed supplies you might have forgotten is super easy with Uber. It's like $4.00 one way. Have your phone translator ready or just browse like we did. Tip the people who work hard for you, and you will be remembered ??. People in Mazatlán work hard. Let them know you enjoy them. ????

We had a great time and loved all the pools, especially Jose and Angel at the adult pool. It was our first time at this resort and we loved the amenities and the views were incredible. We’re already making... plans to come back for another week or two.
