Effective October 11, guests staying at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay and Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán for 4+ nights can enjoy complimentary admission to the Grand Acuario Mazatlán, Latin America's premier Aquarium. Covering 75 acres, the aquarium showcases the rich biodiversity of the Sea of Cortez with captivating exhibits featuring 260 marine species. From mammals and cetaceans to sea turtles, sharks, jellyfish, and manta rays, it's a family-friendly wonderland inspiring the next generation of marine enthusiasts.
Guests will receive their complimentary tickets at check-in. The Grand Aquarium operates daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and no reservation is required.

An incredible experience with friends and family

Amazing place to stay. The pool staff are the absolute best! Julio V and Rooster are top notch! Great service and incredible personalities. They made our stay so much fun. The hotel rooms are ok. Outda...ted and the bed was not comfy but everything else made up for that. Every meal we had was great. No complaints on food or drinks! We will absolutely go again!
The perfect resort for over-stressed travellers

Emerald Bay is the perfect resort for over-stressed travellers who are looking for a beautiful place to chill. The grounds are gorgeous. The pools are lovely. The views are incredible. My friends and I... ended up there quite by accident when RCI mismanaged our original booking for another resort in Mazatlan. There were several errors associated with the original booking (suite size among other things), but thanks to Santiago Alvarodo at the front desk, all of our issues were addressed in a gracious and timely fashion. In fact, all the staff members were quite wonderful -- a special shout out here to Ana Romero and Jacob (also at the front desk); they all took good care of us. Like I say... this started out as an RCI error but it turned out to be a most fortuitous one. If and when we come back to Mazatlan, Emerald Bay will be our first choice!!!
