Great service at the Adult Pool
LindaMJohnson on Dec 12, 2024
We spent a lot of our time at the adult pool, and Jose and Angel provided excellent service! They made us feel very special and we appreciate it! They remembered our names and our favorite drinks every day! They are the best! Looking forward to returning next year hopefully.
Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay - a beautiful resort with an exceptional staff.
MaryKay J (Bellingham, Washington) on Dec 12, 2024
I looked over some of the reviews and I read one that was very negative and scathing. I feel compelled to share our experiences. We have visited Emerald Bay since it first opened. We have enjoyed years of great service and experiences. It is very important for all traveler to understand that there is NO ADA law in Mexico. Yes, you will encounter uneven surfaces. Many times I have watched the staff assist those with mobility issues. The resort will accommodate at your request. The resort covers long, beautiful garden walkways. For those choosing cart transportation, it is readily available. The gardens are designed by Alfredo to be lush and thick. The staff at the resort is exceptional. These people are committed to making your visit special. Our room is always clean and cleaned in a timely manner. Maria is very friendly and met our needs as we asked for help with our screen door. Our room was always fresh and clean. The restaurant staff and pool staff are there to provide us the best service. Now the concierge - I am always amazed at the issues they are confronted with and the grace and professionalism with which they resolve the questions or issues. They are amazing. Mexico and Mazatlan is a destination that is fun and historic and loud and happy. The City Tour is the best way to get acquainted with the city. There is something for everyone. Art, culture, shrimp, Bandas, beaches, food, food, food, and a new zipline. When travelling it is always important to check the accommodations and be sure they can meet your own personal mobility needs. We have gone to Mazatlan for 30 years and will be back next year. Emerald Bay and Mazatlan is where we revisit old friends and eagerly make new ones.
