Women Beware……Your Safety Does NOT Concern Staff

Resort staff does not care about its guests’ safety! While there I was verbally attacked by 2 men….screaming profanities & spitting in my face. Security was called & a report was filed. Resort staff never ...once checked back in with me afterwards. Finally on our final day I went to Public Relations to speak with someone. They confirmed that there was a security report on file and that they should have at least called our room to check on us. All they could offer was an apology & stated that they “dropped the ball”.

BAIT AND SWITCH (to be updated): I booked Moon Palace 3 months ago for a trip with friends under their unlimited golf promotion. I reached out immediately to have the package attached to my reservation and... was told the promotion no longer existed (it was and is still on their website and I have a screenshot from when I booked). I have since been redirected in circles between concierge, golf course management, and a random alias that handles golf course reservations. There have been 33 (!) emails exchanged since original booking and I still don’t even have tee time options. I have also called multiple times to the hotel’s direct number and extension of concierge and haven’t gotten an answer. The phone rings until it disconnects. I will return to this review and update after my stay. If you’re considering booking based on a promotion from Moon Palace, I would strongly advise against doing so.
