This was out 3rd time at moon palace. The buffet has been the same the last three years (breakfast,lunch,dinner). Maybe they can improve on this. I would recommend going non peak times as the service is a ...better. Sunrise pool is the warmest out of all of them so we spent most of our time there. We do like staying at Nizuc smaller and quieter is what we prefer. The drinks made by pool bartenders were very inconsistent so it was wasteful because if they didn't taste good they were lift not drank. Shout out to Sebastian and Abraham (golf cart drivers) they were so kind and friendly. Drove us to our room.

Place was terrible, served booze to my 9 year old and acted as if it wasn’t a big deal until I made a big deal out of it. Terrible management. Place isn’t ran good. A lot better places too stay at in my o...pinion for the price. All around we just didn’t enjoy it. Food wasn’t good. Just trying to save someone the hassle of a wasted vacation.
