Our server at Los Tacos, Marisol, was excellent. She provided great service during a really busy time of day. There was a large convention arriving at the resort but Marisol and the restaurant management... made sure we were seated and served promptly.

We went back to moon palace for our 10th wedding anniversary as we loved it when we had our honeymoon there and again it lived up to how we first remembered it, the food was lovely, people are lovely and o...ur room with sea view was special. always clean and fresh in our room and everywhere at the hotel. could not fault. There are few people I would like to mention as they made our stay so nice, memorable and special they all work so hard. We had such a lovely stay between 17th April - 25th April at the Nizuc part of the hotel It was made even more special by Jonathon in public relations, my son was in contact with him while we was there as he and his GF are expecting their fist child and was doing a gender reveal back at home, my son wanted to make it a little special for us as we was away and contact Jonathon and his team to arrange a little something in our room to do the gender reveal but Jonathon wanted to make it even more special and they put on a fantastic gender reveal on the beach for both of us, it was fab and such a memory and so very nice of the hotel to do this for all of us, they even sat us on the verandor where we had our honeymoon meal and this made it even more so memorable for us, they took pictures and sent us a great video, wow it was so special and I wanted to thank you all for such a great surprise. I would like to also mention the lovely guys at the pool area who worked so hard and was so lovely to us everyday of our stay Gaspar was a star so nice and made sure we never went without a drink or food and also Hermelindo was just as nice and also made sure we was good. Bella and her team in the restaurant was also so lovely and helpful, made sure we was always ok every staff member was so happy to help and it was always a pleasure for them, honestly if it wasn't so far away from home I would go back every year. We went to most of the resaurants and all was good, loads of food and nice cakes. My husband played golf twice and he enjoyed that with stopping points to pick up a drink, fruit or bite to eat. I went to the spa and that was so good, they time it right that its not over busy in the spa to use the facilities and again the ladies in there was so nice, my 120min massage for lovely and felt relaxed and fresh after. I would like to thank you all at the moon palace for such a lovely stay AGAIN. Gibson Family
