Amazing service at the Riviera Maya

I had one of the most amazing dining experiences at the Riviera Maya restaurant. I am a lacto vegetarian, who prefers low fat meals. There were not any such options on the menu. Our server was Rafael Cornejo. Rafael patiently listened to my concerns and then conferred with the chef. They came up with an amazing main course for me. Rafael provided welcome margaritas, did an appropriate appetizer for me and dessert (again both of these were off menu). Rafael made a special non-alcoholic, sugar free drink as well. I cannot thank him enough. He is an asset to your resort and much credit should be given to him!!!

It was my first time in the country and at the hotel, so I had high expectations after receiving and reading many good things about this hotel. Did they meet my expectations? Yes, but there was some small issues. The food was good. The room was nice, but it laked a little bit of cleaning. The things I liked the most were the pool, the drinks and on top of that, a very important thing, the attention of the employees. They were all very attentive and polite with me. The PR concierge lady was very kind to me, I don't speak the lenguage and have some troubles with not knowing were to go to do some turism, and she kindly helped me and give me some advise, truly a lovely little lady. I think her name was Noemi, my bad if I have it wrong! Anyway, I would totally come back again.
