Best Family All-Inclusive Resort in the world!

Wow! What a trip... this was our fourth family vacation to the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. Firstly, this place never gets old... it's stunning! Beautiful!! Amazing!!! It is family luxury at its finest. A place... where family memories are made and never forgotten. When we were there it was at full capacity but because of the numerous guest activities on offer and the hotel design (pools, ocean and water park)it still seemed quiet. In my opinion this has to be one of the best family all- inclusive resorts in the world. Obviously, some would consider that statement an exaggeration but I seriously cannot think of one thing that they could do better at this home away from home. As noted, this place is beautiful! The room, the pools, the ocean, the activities, the restaurants, and the bars are all outstanding. However, the one thing that makes this resort stand out is without a doubt is its people. They genuinely care about your experience and if they don't they all deserve an Oscar. We did not have the pleasure of meeting the manager, Pedro Tomas but he's obviously a master in hotel management. I say this because he's obviously a genius when it comes to the recruitment of people. I cannot say enough about the individuals that make this place tick. Every single person we encountered made an impression. Customer service at every level is stunning, from the chef that made our breakfast burritos to those that service the rooms twice daily. The waiters, the bartenders, security, hostesses, the concierge, check-in, check-out and the list goes on and on. That said, a few people absolutely need to be mentioned by name. Firstly, Osiris and Darling are so welcoming that both ourselves and the friends we were traveling with now consider them part of the family. Words alone cannot describe how special these two wonderful people are. They go above and beyond to make each and every guest feel at home. So thoughtful, so kind and thoroughly organized! Nothing is left to chance. They literally know what you want before you do. Darling and Osiris are the crème de la crème of customer service. The Hyatt brand should be honored to have them as part of their family! A big shout out to all those in the restaurants and bars. Great food, excellent cocktails and top notch service. Finally! I want to extended a special thank you to Eduardo Zarate, the bar manager and Carlos Rosario, the Head Butler, who like Osiris and Darling went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was so so memorable. Thank you Eduardo for making this trip even more spectacular than our three previous trips. Our family will cherish these memories. Thank you!
Amazing hotel, amazing staff

I had an amazing experience at this resort! The staff's attention to detail was exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the entire property was impressive, ...making it feel fresh and welcoming. Thank you to the cleaning staff and to Mrs. Natividad Clark. Plus, the food was delicious, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway! Will be coming back .
