Love our Butlers!!

Armando and Houston were our butlers while at Joia Bavaro. They went above and beyond to give us the best vacation experience!! From stocking the fridge with our favorite beverages to drawing a bath for m...e at the end of our day to help relax. We can't wait to come back next year!

Great Option for Adults Only all inclusive. Very clean. Food quality overall was very good. Some food at Buffett was a bit stale at times. Golf course communication with resorts on pricing should be more ...consistent. Concierge Walesca and Sonny were very kind, helpful and accommodating especially when navigating food allergies in restaurants and keeping mini bars stocked. Be prepared to get up by 7 am to get a cabana at the pool. Also bring about 100-200 in small bills to tip the staff. We never left the resort property. Plenty to do at this location within all 5 resorts.
