Excellent hospitality and service from the entire staff …cooks, bartenders, waiters, housekeepers… everyone!

Our week long stay was wonderful! Due to the excellent service of the entire staff! Especially our awesome butler, Houston! He went above and beyond! We celebrated our anniversary and he added many extras. We will definitely return in the future.

I want to express how awesome this resort it. From arrival to departure, everything and everybody was wonderful. The room was in great condition and the staff very kind and welcoming! I want to express my gratitude to Reynaldo with the butler service (was always helpful and just a text message away), Andrea with housekeeping (So kind and made sure we had everything we needed), Wilnet with the valet service (he really went the distance for us and it is appreciated), Altagracia at the breakfast buffet (find her at the omlette station, she's super sweet), Yuli & Angela (super fun and always coming through to make sure you are having an enjoyable time), and Yajaira with the hotel staff (always met us with a kind smile and called her my sister during my time there)! These folks really helped make my time at the resort memorable! Would absolutely recommend you visit this resort during your time in Punta Cana!
