Subpar in almost every way. Not recommended. I'll never return. Breakfast was the best thing. Room seems 70 years old. No regency club and they try to pass breakfast off as an alternative benefit rather th...an lounge, even though breakfast is a guaranteed benefit already. They don't care for a minute about world of Hyatt and loyalty. They begrudgingly give benefits if asked. Hyatt is becoming worthless.

Great location! The room was very clean and modern. I had left a tip on the mantle, and to my surprise, it was still there when I returned. That speaks volumes to the honesty and integrity of the staff. I ...was very impressed! I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I may need to come back to Vancouver in November and if I do, I'll stay at the Hyatt Regency. I chose it mainly for its location but it proved to be a good choice for other reasons. The room was huge and ...clean. The bedroom was comfortable with good bed linens. I was upgraded to one of the higher floors so the view was great. They have room service -- not all Hyatts do -- and the servers were so friendly. They also use refillable aluminum water bottles. I hate plastic so this was definitely a perk.

It was a great stay at a good location in the city. I found my room to be very clean, quiet and appreciated some of the smart features of the hotel such as chrome share to the tv and using my phone as the ...door key. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were able to help me quickly with a few of my small requests including luggage storage during the day before I checked in and providing simple cutlery for eating in room. I would definitely stay here again.
