Meh stay!

The hotel is nice in appearance but pricey so I expect more. They charge you $5 bucks more a day than the waterpark EVEN when told you are not moving your car! Annoyed at that so please tell them don’t cha...rge you if you don’t plan on moving your car. The bathroom concept is cute but it needs a sliding door. Lester was everywhere until we placed towels on the floor prior to showers. I think placing bath towels on floors is unsanitary but had to do that to prevent another disaster. The room was freezing! The guy that came to check it said they use central AC so because some rooms were hot they turned off the heater. In early March. In Canada. How come we had to suffer when we paid just like others. The staff are nice but don’t pay attention to details. They gave us one day water passes when we paid for 2 days. Don’t eat at the buffet upstairs except for breakfast only! That will be a separate review. Overall I thought the stay was meh!

Horrible experience. It is not worth the money. We did not get the room we booked, paid too much money, but did not get any refund. The reaction is always the same - telling they are sooo sorry, but keep a...ll the money. Shame on you! Service is also very bad, rooms are old.
