Falls view room 19th floor. Breathtaking views in room 1972. Loved it so much would certainly recommend. We had breakfast in there one day, gorgeous omelette from Clyde too. This hotel is huge but also has a personal touch. Wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights. Very central location too.

Worst experience there ever! These people charge you or any and everything once they see a card on file and when you try getting your refund it can never be possible! I asked to reach out to a manger or supervisor and to this date no support!!!!!
