I had been there with my daughter and it was a wonderful experience. A special thanks to ISATA, she was at the reception and helped us with everything. She even upgraded our room, as she could understand F...ather Daughter time together..High value for relations... Once again Thanks a ton ISATA

Spend your money wisely, avoid this hotel

Great location, but awful room design and terrible customer service. The room next door had constant noise—screaming kids, yelling parents, and nonstop door banging—starting very early in the morning. I c...alled the front desk two days in a row, and they didn’t seem to care. They claimed the entire hotel only has one security guard, so if they couldn’t respond in time, there was ‘nothing they could do.’ Seriously? Screaming children and loud banging are never a good sign—I’m shocked the staff didn’t see it as urgent. Only one security guard for the whole hotel? That doesn’t feel safe at all. Update on March 28: The front desk told me, ‘This is a hotel, so we can’t control noise.’ If that’s true, why stay at a Sheraton? Might as well book a cheap motel instead. Their attitude was completely unacceptable. The supervisor offered a $50 discount on my $500 stay—ridiculous! They ruined two full nights of sleep, and all they think that’s worth is $50? Ridiculous. Update on March 30: The hotel staff emailed us saying they couldn’t do anything about the noise—basically, ‘deal with it.’ The most ridiculous part? They got the guest’s name wrong. They had one job: confirm who they were addressing before sending the email. It just proves they don’t care about their guests. And let’s be clear—this wasn’t just ‘noise.’ It was constant screaming and yelling, and the hotel did nothing. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
