She always remembers our orders and even remembered us when we came back! She is so attentive and kind!! Make sure you stop by Star Cafe for the cappuccino and iced americanos :) She’s truly the best baris...ta at star cafe ! We always enjoy her service!

Hands down the BEST experience! I would come here a million times for the staff alone! They were absolutely the kindest, most accommodating people I have ever encountered! Jorge, outdoor guest service staf...f was the bomb! The concierge was very helpful and answered questions about excursions without any hidden fees. We went to Tulum and snorkeled with turtles, the Myan Ruins and a swim in a Cenote. We took this tour with W2M and Reuben was the guide who worked with them. He was actually with Oceans Tours. I highly recommend him!! If you plan to go ask for Reuben! You won’t be disappointed! The restaurants were not easy to get into, but the buffet was fine. I could always fine something I liked and managed to over eat every meal! The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I always travel with my own pillow, so I cannot speak to the comfort of theirs. There was entertainment every evening and the VIEW - if only I could take it home with me! The beach was also amazing! If you’re planning a trip to Cancun, I recommend Iberostar Coral!

Veronica at the lobby bar was so friendly and made us feel so welcomed. All of the staff was also just as awesome. The resort was very clean with a lot of entertainment! The food was good with a lot of dif...ferent options. If you go, get the fresh mango! The drinks were strong and endless.

We had an amazing time! Coco from the club was absolutely fantastic. He helped make our trip one of the best ever. He was always so happy and made us feel like family! The hotel was wonderful, the staff ar...e all very friendly and we will be returning very soon. Thank you Coco

All good meaning not exceptional (supposed to be 5 star) - room, pool drinks meals good - cannot swim at the beach - waves... been told that it is always like that...sorry no return trip! For pool peopl...e satisfactory - bartenders and waiters work hard
