Had the absolute best experience at the Royalton Chic Cancun! Went for a family Christmas getaway and it was amazing. The food was great - I especially enjoyed the little cafe in the morning, it was a great spot to grab a coffee and sweet treat! All of the staff at this resort are incredible. Very friendly, welcoming and amazing hard workers. The house keepers refreshed our room every day with festive towel decorations. The Vibe team made you feel like family whether at the pool or just around the resort. Throughout the week Chris and Luigi (Luis) got us excited for all of the events the team had planned. Chris and Ernesto gave us a warm send off on our last day as we waiting for our ride to the airport. The rest of the vibe team was also unreal - such amazing personalities and engagement with the resort guests. Hope to go back here soon! 10/10 experience!

Royalton chic was by far one of the best vacations experiences we have ever had! The entertainment, buffet, and drinks was excellent. We also had Diamond Club status and our butler was Daniel. The Diamond Club pool was always heated and a nice refreshing spot to hang out in daily. Daniel made sure our stay was pleasant and we had everything we needed daily. He checked in every morning and came to find us throughout the day. He arrived to work each day before the time he told me he would and would answer my message even when he was off work! He ensured we had bottle water each night to rehydrate in our rooms! We would definitely go back and we for sure are requesting Daniel!

My boyfriend and I just arrived back from the Royalton Chic Cancun, we stayed for two weeks and spent Xmas there as well. This was our 3rd time in cancun and have previously stayed at the Royalton Riviera. This was a much better experience than the previous vacations. The hotel itself has a modern aesthetic, it’s clean and has beautiful views. Food wise the Italian, Mexican and the buffet were our favourites. There is definitely a wide selection of food and tasted great. We dined outside the hotel on 4 occasions as well. The drinks were good too, if you book diamond you can get premium liquor at the pool bar and diamond lounge such as Don Julio, Hennessy etc. We booked the diamond package with sea view and was very kindly given a suite with a separate lounge area which was much appreciated. Our Butler was Alex, he was absolutely amazing. He was always happy to help and also responds promptly to any queries we had, he reaches out by text every morning with the hotels schedule for the day. Even if it’s his day off he will reach out to you which we didn’t expect him to do but you could see he genuinely takes pride in his job. He will make reservations for you at the hotel restaurants, if you need anything sending to your room he is literally a WhatsApp message away and it will be sorted quickly. Thank you so much Alex. There were some staff who we had a very good rapport with whilst there. Gustavo (Diamond Club butler) he ensures everyone gets a sun lounger with clean towels, anyone who attempts to hog/reserve beds but doesn’t use them he will remove the towels so that the guests who actually want to use the facilities can do. Carlos Kuri (Diamond club pool/beach waiter) was absolutely amazing and a hard working individual. He has a great sense of humour and creates great rapport with guests. He also brought drinks over to us promptly and remembered our drinks order. He literally doesn’t stop from the moment we arrived on the beach around 10am till 6pm he is constantly working and catering to us guests. Thank you so much. Chris, Willy and Alejandro from the vibe team were great. They make an effort with anyone who crosses their path and accommodate/entertain all guests which is very hard to cater to as some guests come to relax and some come for a vibe. Jesus (hunters steak house) sold us the Tomahawk steak and his service was great. He did show cooking at the table as well which was lovely as well. Carlos (La hacienda) thank you for your service as well. The staff as a whole were outstanding, I cannot fault them. Their work ethic is incredible and I truly hope Royalton as a company recognises and shows gratitude for their hard work because without them peoples vacations wouldn’t be what they are and are a true credit to the company. My favorite resort of all Mexico. Beautiful room views, easy access to the beach, with amazing cabana rentals and superb service, The butler service is impressive, these well- trained employees offer over the top, extreme attention to every detail! Samara and Arturo catered to our every need, and more. The Royalton Chic is very lucky to have these two butlers that enhanced our stay 100 percent. I can’t wait to come back, I will ask for Samara and Arturo when I do. I highly recommend this resort and rate it a A+++++.
Excellent resort with a lively atmosphere

I just returned from 5 nights with my family at Royalton Chic. I have been to multiple all inclusive resorts in Cancun and other locations. In my opinion, Royalton Chic has a lot to offer....here are my pros and cons. Pros Easy to navigate Close to the beach Pool is amazing Vibe Team is absolutely outstanding...Chris, Willy, Sabrina, Danny went above and beyond to make sure that everyone in my family had a good time. They were very personable and always engaged with us! Lots of activities to do (day and night) Food was great Rooms were very nice and spacious. Well stocked with supplies. Good location....close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Cons Service could be improved....bartenders sometimes ignored us and didn't seem very happy to be there. Servers at buffet were average....at other resorts I've been to the buffet servers got to know us. I had to call multiple times to get my mini bar refilled. Some days our room was cleaned twice other times only once. The concrete/stone at the pool had a lot of cracks/broken pieces which made it a little treacherous to walk around barefoot. You have to make reservations at least a day in advance to get a table for dinner. Elevators are slow and very small. Overall, an amazing resort. For me, service is my number one priority and I feel that Royalton Chic could do a little better. In all other areas, outstanding!!
