best tacos by far!! good flavor with each tacos. Amazing atmosphere with excellent music. Staff is very friendly and tentative. As well as giving the best recommendations for food. One of my favorite restaurants in the hotel. Will definitely be going back!!
Worst service ever

I am rating this 2, thinking I should rate it a 1. A lot of things were horrible since day one of our arrival. I, along with my family, booked five rooms in total. I asked for at least two rooms to be together or close by to be with my kids, and they told me they couldn’t do that day until the following day. They gave me a room with one bed, although I had my babies. When I asked for two beds, they said my kids could sleep on the sofa bed, which was very thin, old, and uncomfortable. My kids had to sleep with us in bed; I couldn’t sleep. The following day, they sent me to a smaller room with one bed, so we had to go back to the old room, and the whole week, we had to sleep with my young kids, which was very uncomfortable although I was on vacation. The worst of all was the service. I gave it a 0. They had no people to help, neither in the pool area, restaurants, or buffet. We couldn’t try the restaurants because every time we went to get a table, they would say 1 1/2 to 2 wait times, and by the time they had a table, the kitchen was going to be closed, so they didn't allow us even to put our name down. We had to eat at the buffet every night, and they usually had the same food and, again, no one to help us get our drinks or anything. We had to wait in line every morning for at least half an hour to have breakfast at the buffet. We go to different resorts yearly, and we have never experienced this. The reservation at the restaurant is a lot better. Lastly, the hotel's entertainment was very short and very small. We even experienced no face painting for the kids because it was only for the kids at the kids' club. There was no entertainment past about 10. There was only one bar at night, and they closed early. This has been the worst experience we had in many years. The only good thing was the beach in the hotel.
