Great Service beautiful resort

We stayed at the Paridisus Reserve side and had Iran as our concierge. Iran was so attentive and passionate about providing great service and did an amazing job ensuring we had all we needed during our stay! Thanks Iran and all the staff at Paradisus!
Worst food ever experience.

Stayed her for 10 nights in the reserve but standard ocean front room. Room is very tired but bed is very comfortable. The main problem with the hotel was the food. The worst menus ever. Travelled to at least 30 caribbean/Mexican resorts and have always had nice evening meals. NOT 1 restaurant had nice food. Most nights we just went to bed around 7 to avoid going to dinner. On 3 occasions in the buffet restaurant hairs were found in the food not on top. Nothing seemed to match. If they did meat, which was not good, there was nothing to match it up with. Potatoes were never cooked just hard and full of salt. Carrots covered in pepper. Pizza was like biting into cardboard. Had Jerk chicken in one restaurant sauce was terrible tasted of liquorice. Having been to Jamaica 11 times never tasted jerk like it before. Breakfast at the reserve restaurant would take over an hour and they only got the order correct once. Every dessert looked nice but tasted of nothing. If you were vegetarian you have no chance here. I ordered an omelette with onion, and tomato. It was cooked in a long line of egg mix with 3 other peoples omelette. As a result ended up with the smallest omelette ever with bacon after waiting in line 20 mins. Just gave up. Went to the spa- OMG what a dirty grotty place. I stayed 5 mins and left. A spa should be relaxing and luxurious. The wood on the floor was filthy, hand rail into the pool was broken. Was given a chair to sit on and the wheel feel off. The place needs to be gutted. Went to the sports bar to watch football/soccer. Asked the barman to change the channel only to be told he doesn't have the remote its else where, waited ages for the person to come in but during the 90 mins it was turned over about 20 times. All in all a very badly run hotel. Only positive most staff were very friendly and drinks were good . Drink service around the reserve pool was very good. Osca,and Caesar very good.
