BAD MANAGEMENT

The check-in was unsatisfactory. The receptionists were unfriendly, messy and bad at communicating in English, which made it take more time than necessary. Only one person at the front desk was helpful (na...me tag Aimee). She was the best throughout the entire stay. The management lacks training, the manager Abigail was unprofessional and hard to deal with. Her attitude was hostile to other guests and I witnessed it, despite not communicating with her directly. Everything else was on level with the hotel's reputation, the room was comfortable and the amenities were more than enough.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and 7 days. It is a beautiful property! The grounds are well maintained and clean. Food at the buffet was mediocre, but the al la carte Olivios was our favorite! w...e went there twice. We didn't get a chance to go to the seafood al la carte, but we hear many good things about it. We wish the bars had a drink menu being we didn't know what we wanted or what our options were. There were many activities throughout the day to do. Once the wind direction changed we were able to snorkel right off the beach with the water being clear. We saw many cool fish! We even saw (I swear a 5 foot) barracuda! We loved seeing all the cool animals around the resort! It was very easy to get a taxi to go into town or whatever you wanted to do outside the resort. It would be there within 3 minutes of you asking for one. It feels very safe at the resort with security and gates anytime you go out or come back.
