Check in could have been better, had to wait in the heat and no refreshment offered. Was told I could not check in a little early and making dinner reservations was a hassle with Ms Baza. Other than that t...he hotel is gorgeous, food and buffets were delicious, pools very nice, beach is wonderful but the very best part was the staff. Big shout out to restaurant mgr Danny and his staff, the bartenders, and everyone on staff. Took a private snorkel trip on the El Mayor with Alex and Luis too . Overall a great experience!

We enjoyed the members party they had for us here. Good food great music and nice prizes. Sheila Solis was awesome Cozumel room was very nice we came at great time. Not crowded at all. Weather perfect. F...ood good. Lover the pool area and first club employee were very good and helpful and employees were great
