Where to begin…. Hotel is definitely not as advertised. We stayed there in December 2024 and it started at check in with no one really knowing who was coming or going. One of our rooms was ready so we put all luggage in one room and went to find something to eat. There wasn’t much, so we chalked it up to being towards the end of serving time. Evening meal at buffet was less than impressive. Next day, get to breakfast buffet and most was empty and they never refilled them. Omelet line every morning was at least 20 people ahead. We only ate at the Mexican restaurant and then went into town to eat every night. Rooms were hot and bedding was musty smelling because of high humidity. Our room had good WiFi but other spots there were none available. Drinks were very sparse and you may have to go to several different bars for even beer! On a positive note, most of the staff was friendly, the hotel is basically clean and we tend to adapt to most situations. Curacao is a beautiful place to visit and there was much to see. We just would not recommend this resort.

The grounds are really well-kept, and the bed is super soft—definitely one of the comfiest I’ve had on a trip. The food is delicious and has a great variety. Overall, I’m having a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful island.
