From the cards not working to the security staff? Worse experience for a 700 a night suite! Parking for 1 night? $75.00? Rooms and staff need a serious makeover! Would never recommend this hotel! When we approached the front desk about the cards not working? We were told that the cards should have never been issued. Those particular cards were having issues. Rooms looked like they were out of a horror movie!
Great option in Niagara Falls

This is a great option if you're traveling to Niagara Falls. The staff were really sweet and gave us an upgrade. Our room had an amazing view of the Niagara Falls, and we could watch the fireworks at night. The only downside was that some of the elevators in the North Tower weren't working, which meant that we had to wait ~5 minutes to get on the elevator.
