The views were breathtaking in the room, and the beach was also amazing. The food was great and 100% recommend the spa. It was very relaxing so be prepared to be there at least 2 hours for a complete rela...xation day. The staff were also great and room was always cleaned.

We had the most unforgettable stay celebrating my boyfriend’s 40th birthday, thanks to the amazing team of Paola Mazier, Yurisbeth, and Cirila. We were blown away by the attention to detail and the love th...at went into every decoration. The bed was beautifully adorned with rose petals spelling out “Te Amo,” the room was filled with blue and silver balloons, and a sparkling “Feliz Cumpleaños” backdrop made it feel like a dream. The celebration continued with a table set for two, complete with a birthday cake, champagne, and romantic touches throughout the room—even rose petals in the bathroom and hallway! These ladies went above and beyond to make the occasion special, and it truly felt like a scene out of a movie. Their creativity, care, and professionalism made all the difference, and we can’t thank them enough for making this milestone birthday so memorable. If you’re looking to celebrate something special, you can trust Paola, Yurisbeth, and Cirila to make it extraordinary!

This resort wad absolutely amazing! Started with our amazing room, so beautiful! Had an amazing layout and an amazing view of the pool with a wonderful balcony. Everyone working at the resort was so fr...iendly and nice. They had shows every night that were so fun! Everyone was so incredibly talented. The grounds were kept up so beautifully as well. The food wad also wonderful, I can’t say enough good things about this resort and the staff. It was my first time to this resort and this area of Mexico and I will absolutely return.

Fr...om Mexican restaurant the waitress Margarito All of them went above and beyond and don’t forget Fernanda from UVC she welcomed and felt like home Food really good room clean with a lot of amenities one thing that I would recommend is allow guests to go in to the restaurant with capris pants.

So while this resort is not on par with the luxury of other Secret properties - the staff are so great and helpful that it makes up for that. The location is absolutely stunning, on the end of the hotel st...rip. If you prefer a quiet stay - make sure to look into being placed in a building away from the party/activity pool. Our original room was overlooking the activity area and it was much too loud in the morning and afternoon - however - when I mentioned my experience of first night on the app —- staff immediately responded and moved us into a different room. I cannot say enough about how helpful the employees at this hotel are. The app the hotel uses for guests is great - and staff are very responsive. Loved our stay here. Loved the area. The beach at the hotel is not the best for swimming - however the are to the far left has some good snorkeling. A crocodile was spotted in the water a day before our arrival so the beach was closed for a few days - however, the area has many other beautiful beaches to go to so we did not feel like we missed out. If you are in for a day trip - rent a car and go to St Augustine beach - gorgeous, locals mostly, amazing beach, great snorkeling.
