Luz was very helpful at the front desk after an issue with us being overcharged with some lobster we did not pay for. She quickly figured out the issue (that the was the bill a couple of years old) and checked us out. She was very quick and kind. Merry christmas!

Love the resort and the staff is extremely kind. MAU was one of the exceptional staff who was at this resort.It also has a massive variety of food available. Loved our time here and would definitely recommend to others. Would come back next year.

FAUSTO, the Waiter in The Bistro is absolutly Marvelous!!! Research out his tables to make sure we get to use him. He's very customer oriented, know the menu and is a charming man. Seek him out. You will not be sorry!! Lynne and Michael Dec 2024

We are so lucky to be a part of the Pueblo Bonito Family. We have vacationed at PBSB for over 22 years and have never been disappointed! As always Delfino takes care of us making sure our every wish is handled from arrival to departure. We love you Delfino - thank you for making our PBSB trips the absolute best memories!!
Our Experience at Zao Shen Asian Restaurant last evening

Had dinner last evening at the Zao Shen Asian Restaurant. While the food was wonderful, what made our experience outstanding was our server, Miguel. He took the time to explain all of our questions and despite being busy, educated me on tequila. Can't say enough about the time we had
