All of the Main Pool poolside waiters/workers who helped us throughout the week (Alan, Roberto, Erick, Juan, Miguel, Felix, Gene, Pauliette, and many more) were super nice, helpful, and attentive. They wer...e prompt and were often checking up on us to make sure that we were well taken care of. They all made us feel very welcome here and enhanced the quality of our stay!

Many excellent things and wonderful people except for the activities guy named Christian at the pool. What a jerk. He failed to announce the poker game was starting, then when we go to sit down a whole 3 m...inutes late, he won’t let us play claiming we didn’t sign up. We were on the list. He proceeded to abuse us and I kept asking him; “are we in or out” he wouldn’t answer me and just kept arguing. Big shout out to the lovely Ashley (activities), Ivan (activities), Vincente(activities ) , Jesus (buffer) Raphael ( buffet) our pool server Jonathan all whom were awesome. Too bad for one bad apple who treated us like poo. Otherwise, excellent!

Great resort and the hospitality was fantastic. Special shout out to Elias who took care of us our entire stay. Definitely check out the Quivira Steakhouse and LaFrida. For golfers, The Quivira course is a... must for good golf and even better views.

The pools were fantastic and the bars and restaurants were too. Resort was lovely, the golf carts were very systematic and quick to deliver us to our locations. I especially remember Mau one day on the gol...f cart - he was giving us riddles along the way and it was so fun!

Marcos Martinez made our day at the Sky Pool! The food was excellent, the drinks were strong and his service was amazing. Highly recommend! Will come back and get a cabana again. The piña colada and spicy ...shrimp tacos with my absolute favourite thing on the menu.
