Alvaro at the main pool was the best! Level of service was next level! Our trip had been amazing. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10! Make sure you book all inclusive. You can utilize all 4 resorts and travel between throughout your trip. Pacifica for adult only atmosphere. Sunset for amenities, food, and view. And rose for location. Rose is closest to the arches and beach access to be able to access the ocean. 3rd year in a row to travel here for different occasions. The best!

Karla from the Market restaurant has given a warm welcoming smile with her great customer service. As soon as as we sit down she has my brother-n-law his coffee that he has every morning. She also has pastry on the table for us. Makes feel at home every time we come in.

This place is awesome. Employees are nice, helpful, funny, well dressed and overall the kind of treatment to make your stay enjoyable. Food selections at various restaurants are great, service and hospitality. Out our was very spacious 2br presidential overlooking the beautiful ocean. Our room is cleaned daily and replenished.

Parliett was great and very attentive at the main pool with drinks and food service. There are lots of guest coming and going but they never mix up on drinks and food and everything comes out as ordered. Will definitely come back to find him and enjoyed everything here!

Great adult experience and pools are a blast! The pools do close at 6:00 so be aware with the all inclusive package. We had issues with AC and they took care of us and makeour room right ans updated up and fixed our all inclusive package since we lost a day + dealing with it. Ask for Alvaro at the pool, he is THE BEST!
