We spent the last week of June at the Sunset Pueblo Bonito. The room was beautiful albeit it has some wear and tear. But we love all the gorgeous ocean views. The property is well maintained as with the pools and restaurants. If there is an issue with the room someone will be there to help fix any problems. But what keeps us coming back? The staff. From the cart drivers, front desk, servers at the restaurants, housekeeping, all of them. They are always so professional and kind. Our butlers name is Delfino and he was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Usually we have Pablo but he was on vacation and he was missed. The servers at the main pool are all amazing. We had Alvaro. Who was very attentive and always smiling. We loved the aerobics instructor too. Savir made our stay effortless as well. Although he was so busy we felt we were taken care of no matter what. All in all we love it at the Sunset will forever return. Thank you for being our home away from home!!!!

After spending a week at another resort I finally got home to Monte Cristo at Sunset. Everything is better here. Everyone is great here even when the stress of check in and mean people are rude. They remain calm and fair. Starting with Carlos Lopez in sales. He is honest and fair. I do not feel like I am being pressured. That is why he is the only one I will deal with in the past and future. Sevir with GSE is so helpful. It is a breath of fresh air when I see him or deal with him. He goes above and beyond to help. When he is here he makes being Elite mean something.

My daughters and I stayed at Montecristo estates. We come every year and we are never disappointed. We always love to see Carlos in sales and visit. He has become a good friend. Everyone from the drivers to the wait staff. I am always excited to see the same staff that treats everyone as friends. This year, we met Sevir with GSE. He was great, I'm an old lady who needs shade. He made sure that I was comfortable every day. He checked on me throughout the day and took care of me.

Had the best time. We stayed for 28 days. We had some issues with the house but our concierge Gonzalo assisted us to get another room. Which we were very appreciative. The drivers are always personable and friendly. We love Juan, Marco and Miguel. I'm sure I have forgotten some. Sevir with GSE was great, helped us daily with pool reservations. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and didnt need anything.. Also the waiters at the pool. To many to list. Everyone was great.

We loved the pools and the staff is top notch! Erick at the Sunset pool was super helpful and kind! La Freida is an experience of the tastebuds! Everyone there was amazing! Have not had a bad meal or bad service! Easy to get around with the transportation vans. Highly recommend!!!!
