Room has a lot of visible paint. Reported to management and no action was taken. Ants was visible in my room. Water in the shower not draining properly. Water close to my ankle height. Thanks to one house keeping staff that went on her knees to scrub the floor. Dining room and servers were excellent. Front desk staff did a poor job on orientation.

I stayed at the Hilton Rose Hall for 5 days. I have mixed reviews on the resort. Starting with the positives- the beach and pools were breathtaking and looked exactly like the pictures. The food was great. The staff were friendly. The disappointment came from the room we slept in. The room did not look like the picture advertised on their website. It was night and day. The room wasn’t even dusted. I was sharing the room with 3 other friends. We didn’t have hot shower water for three days and the most they did was give us a $100 voucher altogether for the inconvenience. If it wasn’t for the disappointment of the room, I would have returned to this resort.
