AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Hilton Rose Hall Jamaica Falls Woefully Short

*1/5 Stars: Abject Failure - Avoid Hilton Rose Hall Jamaica* This is absolutely not a 5-star resort. As an elite member, I was appalled by the glaring lack of loyalty and recognition. The check-in process... was an unmitigated disaster - disorganized, inconsistent, and woefully inadequate. We were shuffled from one line to another, only to be informed that the clerk was taking a break, forcing us to join an even longer line. After finally reaching the front, we were told that our room wouldn't be ready for 2 hours, and to compound the issue, there were room confusions. The property itself is a shadow of its former self - run down, neglected, and a total disappointment. The food was an affront to culinary standards, with some patrons falling ill. The buffet experience was marred by staff hovering over us, rushing us to finish eating before closing time. It's unacceptable to be treated like this, especially when paying top dollar for an all-inclusive experience. As seasoned travelers with status, we were shocked by the subpar service and amenities. Our recent stay at another all-inclusive resort 8 days prior was exemplary, highlighting the stark contrast between exceptional service and the abyssmal experience at Hilton Rose Hall Jamaica. *Key Issues:* - Disorganized and inconsistent check-in process - Lack of loyalty and recognition for elite members - Run-down property/pool is disgusting - Beyond Poor food quality - Rushed buffet experience - Room confusions and delays *Recommendation:* Avoid Hilton Rose Hall Jamaica until significant improvements are made to service, amenities, and overall quality. As it stands, this resort falls woefully short of 5-star standards, and its numerous shortcomings make it a disappointing and overpriced experience that will leave you and your party sick. Zero ?? STARS!

Firstly I’d like to start off with this is the best resort we have ever stayed in, this is the resort we got engaged in a the staff could not do enough for you!! Everyone was so polite and friendly and eve...ryone went above and beyond to meet our every need. Shoutout to Romario in the entertainment team he made our trip extra special and fun. We are a young couple an this resort caters to families an young people. The vibes are immaculate with a DJ everyday by the pool and at all 5 restaurants. The food at all restaurants were incredible, our rooms were cleaned to perfection everyday. Can’t say a bad word about this resort. It was our first time visiting Jamaica an we will definitely be back, especially to see Romario who made sure we were having the most amazing time. All excursions were booked through tui and we had no problems with the transfers.
