Not as good as we remembered. Would return for a good price.

Prior to this trip, we’d been to HRH 4~5 times. Our last visit was about 5 years ago. We had a good time, the buffet and other walk~in food options were good, rooms clean & we felt safe. The overall experience has decreased slightly. We were approached on arrival by the timeshare/vacation membership people who seemed annoyed that we declined. A lot of resorts do this & I find it irritating especially after a long day travelling. Ala carte restaurants were difficult to book and not stellar. The Three Palms restaurant was previously included but is now an extra charge (about $38 USD pp). We had a resort view room. Our balcony was level with part of the roof (4th floor). The view was not appealing. We could see the ocean and the front of the property but had to look at the wet roof to do it. On previous trips we’ve had a resort view (closer to ocean part of the building) that did not overlook the roof & found this much better. We’ve also had partial ocean view rooms. Some overlook the water park & others the golf course. Golf course side has nice views. BOTTOM LINE. Resort is satisfactory although the overall experience has decreased. We will return if we can book at a good price. We would book a partial ocean view room next time.

On 11/5!2024 my family(9 of us) flew in from Philadelphia and Ft. Lauderdale. We spent over $10,000 just for the basics at your resort and airfare.My wife Colette signed up for a facial on 11/8. The cost was $199. Not sure what happened but our credit card was charged as it should have. In addition, my daughter Lauren was also charged. We got in touch with Shakira and emailed her copies of pertinent information. We have not had the extra payment refunded. I can’t believe that we are being squeezed for $199 after spending so much just to stay at this Hilton. Wow! We are far away and can do little to do anything. I hope you all can look in the mirror and be happy with what you have done. Shame on you! JohnKisela.
