The resort is showing its age. The elevators were barely working, some amenities such as conditioner are not in the rooms. Pools are for guests only so no going to the Cove or Reef to check things out, even though they are all in the same resort. Make sure your party is booked in the same area if you want to hang out at the pool together. The royal has the Casino so definitely stay there if that’s a draw for you. The housekeeping staff is very pleasant and helpful. Keep in mind they will remind you they are only affiliated with Marriott. Things like status benefits will not apply here. Depends on what experience your looking for.

A fantastic resort and superb facilities ! Couldn’t have wished for a better stay - a brilliant family holiday location. The pools were great - and the beaches amazing - couldn’t recommend more. Thank you Atlantis Bahamas !!

The grounds were beautiful but the water park is showing its age. Many slides were closed. I saw a women get hurt on the rapids river so be cautious. As for the room, it was nice. We had problems with tv all week. Overall we enjoyed the stay but I think the resort doesn’t live up to the price.

Zero service,no complimentry water,no spoons and cups in room,50 USD break fast per person and very very bad service in resption.
