From the transfer to check-in went very smooth. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. During our visit, Carlos Miranda was very respectful, helpful and always checked in on us (his family). This was ou...r second trip to SVB and will definitely be going back. The staff is always working so hard to get their guests to dive into the on resort activities. This is a smaller resort than some but don’t let that deter you from staying. The staff will get to know you by name and with every greeting.

This is the second time at Secrets Puerto Vallarta. Another wonderful vacation. This location is great for older couples like us, as everything on the property is only a short walk. The Preferred Club was... an upgrade that was well worth getting. We had a butler Carlos Miranda who always made sure we had whatever we needed at the resort. When you go to this resort on your next vacation be sure to ask for Carlos’s service. You will not be sorry, and he was always as close as a text message if you need anything.
