1. Huge clean beach for this size of resort. 2. Quality of food is much improved 3. Watch for price drops with WestJet, great deal for Nov/Dec 4. Surprisingly good SCUBA reefs 5. Cappichino with amaretto at all bars mmmmmmmm good 6. Clean quiet pool. 7. Never need to “reserve” loungers

We were married at august 2024 and we wanted to spend our honeymoon in nice place so we decided to go to this hotel( the pictures of the hotel room looked nice ) in the agency they marked that we are going to a honeymoon trip so we were expecting that we will get a better treatment. When we arrived to the hotel we checked in and we got the room. It was a superior room ( i can say not for lite money ) that room looked horrible so we went back to the receipton and i asked for another better room because we are spending our honeymoon there (in the brochure there were wrotten that those who are spending the honeymoon get champagne, fruits on the room - we got nothing but dust ) they told as that thete is no free room right now they cant help us so we went to the receipton on the next morning i made one more try bit they told me the same to try the next day . So it was our Beautyful honeymoon thanks to the workers there . We never want to go there again. I put here some pictures. by the way the beach is amazing.

As an addendum to my earlier review, both my fiancee and I got sick while at this resort. This shouldn't happen at an all-inclusive where we took no excursions, ate and drank only what they provided, and even used bottled water to brush our teeth. Again, please believe me when I say that you are not welcome if you only speak English. The vast majority of the staff can't, and often won't, make an effort for you.

This hotel is excellent. The beach is stunning, the rooms are always clean, and you can see how the hotel improves every year. The shows are really well done, and there’s always something fun happening throughout the day. A special thanks to Marianella, who made my stay truly memorable. She’s always full of energy and has a smile for everyone. She’s the first to get people dancing, and her love for dance makes the experience even better. She knows how to make every moment special and brings so much joy to everyone around her. Thank you, Marianella, for adding so much to my vacation!

This is the first review of my life but I feel I have to share my experience to help other people. After 35 years traveling around the world I finally found the worst resort on earth! Save the money spending a couple of hundreds more but go somewhere else! This place is dirty, food is awful, staff don’t care. They ruined my vacation and I got food poisoning. I can’t really think of a lower level resort that this one. Take a piece of advise, stay far far far away from this place!
