I had a terrible experience at this hotel. From the start, the service was very poor. Our room flooded twice, and it took them two days to move us. In the new room, there were worms in the shower, and the facilities clearly need maintenance. Regarding the dining area, there is no proper service. If you want a cappuccino at breakfast, you have to go to the bar to get it. You have to serve your own drinks from a table with bottles, and the ice is usually melted. The worst part is that my entire family suffered from food poisoning. My father was confined to the room for two days, and we found hairs and worms in the food, which we showed to the chef, but they didn't remove the dish from the buffet. The bar is understaffed, with queues of at least five minutes, especially on weekends. Additionally, we witnessed an emergency where a guest drowned. The lifeguards did not know how to respond properly and had no emergency protocols. My sister, who works in healthcare, tried to help but was not provided with protective equipment, and the guest did not receive attention until the ambulance arrived 25 minutes later. On weekends, the hotel becomes overcrowded due to the large number of local guests. We requested a refund several times to change hotels, but they refused. The only notable aspects are the beautiful beach, the size and design of the resort, and the animation team, which organizes many activities and offers a nice evening show. However, I would never return, as food safety is the minimum expectation for a hotel.

The resort is nicely located at the lovely private sand beach. The pool facilities are always very crowded but also nice, as well as the selection of restaurants - high-end for all inclusive resorts in Dominican republic! Can recommend this resort to families.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The beach is stunning, and the atmosphere is outstanding. Huge selection of food, and always something to eat, many different styles of restaurants. The cocktails at the bar were also very delicious. There are so many things you can do here, sports and excursions. We took a day trip to Saona Island and had a blast! There are also many shops inside that cover your needs, dollars are accepted, but there is an exchange and ATM as well. I would like to highlight how amazing the staff are. They are all very kind and joyous. The entertainment here is amazing! So many fun, themed parties and the shows are fantastic, the performers have a lot of work in these. We really enjoyed the parties by the pool, and in the disco, especially the nights Dj Andro played. He created really good energy on the dancefloor and can read the crowd well. He is open to the guests requests, and is super friendly. Overall a fantastic holiday experience, I would 100% reccomend Dominicus Beach for a fun, relaxing holiday. There is something to do for anyone, in a paradise setting.

The resort was stunning! It was such a warm welcome, the staff were incredibly helpful and everyone was super friendly! The food/drinks/entertainment was amazing! Absolutely enjoyed the shows and vibes in the evening! The Michael Jackson show was my favourite! The animation, Edoardo, team were full of energy and made sure of an amazing time! Will definitely come back!

I really enjoyed my vacation in this hotel. It was a very nice experience. Thanks to the animation Team who were always at our services day and night especially Meydelin, Lilo, Leo and Eduardo. Thank you for such a beautiful vacation and memories. The holiday is going to be repeated some day.
