Worst cancellation experience

I recently had to cancel a reservation at this hotel, and I did so well within the stated cancellation deadline. To cancel my reservation, I was required to send an email, which I did promptly. However, I had to call eight times before I finally received confirmation of my cancellation. Despite this, I was informed that it will take 15 days to a month to process my refund. This delay is unreasonable and inconvenient. Prompt refunds are a standard expectation, especially when cancellations are made within the agreed timeframe. I hope the management will review and improve their refund and communication processes for future customers.

To sum this up as short as possible this was a terrible experience. Clogged shower, clogged sinks, a hole in the shower ceiling. They changed me to a different room that had mold with clogged sinks in there as well. Customer service was terrible because multiple staff gave me attitude. While walking after writing a report I saw a huge roach??. The breakfast was severely cold I honestly don't think I had anything hot. This resort needs new management immediately and also a update. I thought we got a good deal but this was honestly a nightmare!!!
