Terrible Security - Valuables Stolen from My Room! 16115 I recently stayed at Ocean El Faro, and I’m beyond disappointed with my experience. During my stay, I had a brand-new Prada perfume stolen from my room, along with my Vivienne Westwood earrings. Both were inside my jewelry box, left in the room. I last used the perfume at 9:00 am on Monday, August 12th. Later that evening, around 7:00 pm, I discovered the box was empty. My perfume and earrings were gone! I reported this to hotel security immediately, but their response was lackluster at best. The incident occurred in room 16115. Considering the value of the stolen items (£130 for the perfume alone, not to mention the sentimental value of the earrings), I expected a more urgent and thorough response. Instead, I felt brushed off by the staff, who seemed disinterested in finding a solution or addressing the security breach. Staying at a hotel of this caliber, I expected to feel safe and that my belongings were secure. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I advise anyone staying here to be extra cautious with their valuables. Given this experience, I cannot recommend Ocean El Faro to others. We’ve also emailed ocean hotels and heard absolutely nothing back. For the money you’re paying I’d AVOID this hotel. If you use the word theft as a keyword on tripadvisor I’m not the only customer having things stolen from this hotel it’s disgusting behaviour.

Well this place did not disappoint! Found ourselves here after it made the top 2 list. It was the lazy river for me that sold it! Last minute booking, with a Privilege suite for a relaxing get away. Beautifully designed buildings with well thought out layouts. The food has been delicious, with every place delivering on top quality food. Every element of our stay here has been second to none. A very attentive butler who looked after us.
