The resort is beautiful, and the staff is great. The food is amazing. The walk out pool room are great. Everything is clean and well maintained. The see through window in the shower ok if you're traveling with your significant other only. The flies in at the buffet is a little overwhelming. Only one store in the entire resort and items are overly priced. I had a good time but not enough to stay at that resort again.

First time here. The resort is absolutely beautiful. Lots of food options and very tasty. Pineapple was the funniest and most engaging activities person. She’s funny and enjoys her job and interacting with everyone around her. Around the pool Suehey was excellent. She made sure we always had drinks and took great care of us. Henry in the buffet was funny and he always looked for us to sit in his section. You can do as little or as much as you would like to do here. We will be back.

Pineapple was awesome with the activities! Lots of bingo, darts and botchie ball. Suhue at the pool always made sure we and was very friendly and took care of us. Henry in the breakfast buffet was funny and friendly! The facility was awesome, views were great and beach is beautiful.

Small place but it was ok. We upgraded to an Adult section but you don't get much more. The family side is full of kids and kids waterpark so if you have kids, that will be good otherwise, it will be loud and busy. I have been to DR 32 times and there are a lot nicer hotels than this one. Not very impressed at all.

Went for a girls trip to escape the obligations of daily life and this place was great. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. We spend time on the beach, at the pool, did yoga most mornings, and learned some salsa dancing. The food was very good - though the sushi was the least impressive. I recommend making your dinner reservations for your whole stay the first full day you are there. Honestly, the buffets were very good - especially the one near the beach which we didn't discover until the last day. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The area is lovely and I so appreciated not having to make many decisions or do much work for a few days.
