I am currently staying at this hotel, i left the room to go to the gym and when back in my room found out the room was cleaned and my 400$ were missing. They left like 20 $ on bills of 1$ to trick me. They... stole money and from my purse and we filled a report but it is worthless, the manager’s attitude was even more upsetting than loosing the money. NO COSTUMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!! Don’t stay here and if u stay male sire all you credit cards and important stuff is with u at all times!!!!

This hotel was modern and stylish. The food was OK, not terrible but not WOW. The Service was awesome and special thanks to Jeanty Edward. He was a really helpful. The Spa was OK. The water circuit wasn't ...fully functional. The waterside were cool and the pools were nice. Beach side did have algae but I guess it's normal for this time of year and the hotel did their best to manage it. Overall 4.3 on 5

Excellent stay! I was very impressed with every aspect of this stay. Most impressive was the friendliness of the staff and everyone we encounter. Looking forward to returning with a larger group. Amazing s...election of foods and drinks at all restaurants. Oh, shout out to the concierge crew for their amazing service.

This was our 2nd visit to Serenade Punta Cana. Once again it met our expectations. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly. There was a problem with the locking system on our door that couldn't be r...epaired that night so without any hesitation,we were moved to a different room . Housekeeping did a wonderful job every day in our room, no shortage of towels. The resort is very easy to navigate. Grounds are kept very clean , areas around pools always clean. We were part of a group of 6 and could always find loungers on the beach. The guys who remove the sea weed from the shoreline, work very hard everyday to keep things tidy. Food was plentiful and lots of choice. There was pork,lamb, chicken, ham plus the usual fish, pasta, pizza, lots of salad fixings, fruit, and tasty desserts for dinner. Breakfast offered many choices as well, eggs any way you wanted them, made to order omelettes, fresh croissants, bacon, sausage, cereal, fresh fruit..the list was endless.The staff in the main buffet took care of us with a smile, never a lack of clean dishes or cutlery. Tables were always clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the food choices in the sports bar as well. The serenade burger was a favorite for sure. Terraza Coffee bar in the mail lobby serves many different choices of coffee, both hot, iced, with our without alcohol. Its a great place to relax, socialize and enjoy your coffee. Always lots of waitresses and waiters in lobby bar, some evenings when the lobby bar was busy there would be a wait for drinks to be brought to our table but never very long.Nightly entertainment by the pool was always enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed Yarlisis, Maria and Chocolate from the entertainment team, they are the best for sure and appreciate treats of candy and gum, always cheerful and friendly. Nilda, the waitress who serves drinks on the beach works very hard to make sure everyone is looked after. She too enjoys candy, especially chocolate!We enjoyed the special lunches cooked on the beach as well as treats from the food truck. There are time share people near the main buffet but never an issue, nor were we bothered by vendors on the beach. Our time spent at Serenade was wonderful, just as it was during our 1st visit last year.

First of all I would like to say I had a fabulous vacation! The weather was fantastic! Room: Was clean and spacious and the air conditioning was the best ever! Always cold! Very hard to get new towels a...nd only had one face cloth the whole week. The maids came too early, one day it was 7:40am. But they came back. Our safe didn't work, they did fix it for 5 minutes and it broke again. I locked everything in my suitcase everyday. No need really. Food: Was ok but nothing fabulous. Breakfast was the same and we had to get our own water because asking them was bothering them. Italian was so good and so was the Japanese. The stake house was not good and the service was terrible, you would die of thirst before you would get water. I had beef tenderloin at the fish restaurant and it was fantastic! Did buffet one night and the service was terrible, no drinks were served. Asking anyone for any kind of service was bothering them, they were not nice. The sports bar had good food and the server was FANTASTIC, he was the only guy who did an awesome job and we tipped him well cause he deserved it! The chip truck in the beach was awesome! Long line ups cause only one guy was working there. My husband had fajitas on the beach and he's been sick ever since! A week and a half ago and he's still not well! He was the only one who ate them so no one else got sick. Resort: Very clean and well maintained. Walking through the resort smelled like rotten eggs! One day it smelled like urine! Very gross! The seaweed on the beach is bad and it's piled up everywhere! It dries out and stinks, pretty sure that's where the bad smell came from. AC is great in the rooms but it lacks everywhere else. We went to a Michael Jackson show in the theatre and almost died it was so hot! Restaurants are not real cool and lobby is hot as well. I had a portable fan which saved me from sweating to death. Three pools were spread out so they were not crowded. Drinks were plentiful and they were strong! Seen a lot of very drunk people! Lots of beer too! Staff: Unfriendly! They were not nice at all! They didn't want to help you. The front desk staff scattered everyone all over the resort and there was 16 of us. They didn't care at all where we were. First time I experienced that, usually they are accommodating, not these guys, they didn't want to help at all. I did notice that no one tips the staff. Now I know why! They are unfriendly so why bother! I did tip the ones who deserved it, the guy around the pool brought us drinks and he did well! Such a friendly nice guy doing his best and he did a fantastic job! Overall: The weather was fantastic! We had a good week overall and the week flew by! I wouldn't return here but the resort is ok. This was my 4th trip to Punta Cana so I will always try a different resort. The price was good so that's why we booked!
