Antonio, Raphael and Monica great in customer services Hosea helped with my blisters Serving staff Gabriela Ernie Felipe David and many more so attentive room cleaning staff were very through and respectfu...l well done to all of them .Ordering table reservations on line was a bit of a problem for us but Antonio and his colleagues came to our rescue Food was excellente and varied The grand children loved the theatre shows and the size of the pool All in all a good set of memories were made
Disgusting bland food!

Unfortunately this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The food is terrible, everyday it’s the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner that’s barely warm. So bland! We had to go out to the marina every nig...ht to eat which served amazing hot food. The drinks in the hotel are terrible. Cocktails are made using a food blender with crushed ice and syrups. They taste vile. The draft beer is disgusting too, they don’t even serve Sol or Corona. They also have a juice bar, it doesn’t even use fresh fruit! But yes you guessed it, lots of crushed ice. I’d would never return, it felt like a 3 star all inclusive Spanish hotel. The food and drink let this place down. I also witnessed the black birds in the snack bar landing on the pizza at the counter pecking at the food then guests walking in picking up said pizza to eat. Disgusting!! I could never recommend this place to anyone. It could be so much better with such simple changes!
