Hi, save your money….beach was very rocky and uncomfortable. Pool was dirty at times and not cleaned regularly! Hotel room smelt damp and toilet seat and lamp was broken and never got fixed during our stay. We ungraded to privileged and was a waste of money..me and my family struggled every day to get into a restaurant as the app always was down so didn’t get to experience 3 of them and no body seemed to care as I complained twice( keep trying the app they say). My parents had ocean view and was put on top floor (no elevator) also toilet had to get fixed 3 times causing them a lot of frustration. No care by staff to do anything g for the inconveniences we had…never go in august to as the pool n ocean was warmer than a bath… food average! My and my family of 10 travel every year and will not return to the resort chain again! Hope I saved you time and money booking here.
Worse ever hotel - do NOT recommend

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed. Traveled to Cancun, playa and riveria zones about 20 visits. First of all arrived at hotel about 2:45 pm with early check in and privileged suite not ready. Waited another 30 minutes and went back up to stand in line and waited another 15-20 minutes for reservations to say room ready and stuck us in 8312. No outlets worked the plugs were pulled out of the walls and the coffee pot had 3 progs and outlets only 2. Must have called for maintenance 18 times during a 5 night stay
