I had a lot of memories and fun in that place, but that guy, Pablo, NEEDS a raise. Me and my son met him a lot wether it was at the theatre, the pool, or the beach. He is SO energetic, funny, and love-spirited. 10/10 vacation, love Pablo, give him a raise.

Hello, Stayed from Dec 6 to Dec 18 2024. I was a bit worried after reading recent reviews. Result... do not focus to much on bad reviews! Our stay was almost perfect. - Nice ocean wildlife (bring your snorkel gear) directly on the resort. - Yes, it could be tricky to go in the water because of the rocks, but there are decent small sandy areas to go in. - Food was good and great variety (careful not to mix-up the guacamole and the habanero paste !! ;) ) - We managed to reserve 3 restaurants... we were very quick at 8AM to do so. - Diving team: really nice chatting with them and their snorkel trip was perfect (Turtles, lots of fish) - Rooms were freshly renovated - very nice and comfortable beds. I would have like to have a better view... should have paid the extra in advance. Entertainment: We really enjoyed the Yoga & Pilates on the beach with Marlen and her vibrant spirit on the dance floor at the El Abuelo bar. Thank you Marlen, really! All employees were very pleasant during our stay, this makes a great difference in the overall experience. It's also nice to have the opportunity to visit Puerto Aventuras (10 min walk). We enjoyed the shows as well! It's a relatively small resort, the walk from all rooms to the beach is short... this is a big PLUS. Thanks!!!!
