Sandy at Los Girasoles was great at the door and Jorge our server was great, delicious!! We had the fajitas and tried both soups and they were great , great dinner for our last night at OCT ! All the staff were amazing and treated us like gold, would highly recommend!!!

We just returned home for a two week stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa (OCT). The resort like most all other "All Inclusive Resorts" in Mexico offer numerous restaurants, bars, shops, beautiful grounds and nice rooms. But OCT offers all this and more. It is located lengthwise along the ocean, so it is truly difficult not to see the beautiful ocean, feel the breeze and hear the waves continually throughout each and everyday. So calming and relaxing. In addition to that, complementary words fall short when describing the awesome staff at OCT. From the Bellmen (Lenn and all the others) to everyone at check in/registration. Special shout out to Yesenia from Premier Travel for taking such good care of all the details. She is fantastic in her position and currently working with Manuel. (We encourage guests to stop and talk with her to arrange a presentation. Well worth it.) Privilege guests and members are all assigned a Butler who is willing to help with anything you may need to make your stay enjoyable. Alberto (Head Butler) and Carlos (Charlie) are our personal favorites. They are more than Butlers, they are truly heartfelt friends. Moving on to the wonderful staff in the restaurants. Those whose names pop out in our minds are Susana and Yazmin (AM & PM Captains in the Privilege Lounge). Eduardo, Emmanuel, Filiberto, Jesus, Lizbeth, Miguel, Poncho, Angel and Jamie (Wait staff in the Privilege Lounge and Bistro) Arturo is also an endearing friend who happens to be the fantastic and kind "Roaming Restaurant Captain" throughout the resort. This includes overseeing the Myan and Mapping Dinner that is enjoyed by many. (Yazmin and Charlie do a great job at the Mapping Dinner). We strongly suggest you try both out. Talk with Eduardo for more information. Again always happy to help. Alan (Captain) and his staff serve wonderful dinners in the Blue Moon. Marco (Captain) and his staff, (we especially like Javier) do the same in the Italian Restaurant while Daniel prepares dinner table side at the Outdoor Italian. Jorje (George) is also great in the Mexican Restaurant. Yet one can't forget about Sensai, Ruta 66, Mikes Coffee and the Ice Cream Parlor where memories are made, While lounging at the Adults Only pool, Ricardo and Jose take care of you with the beverage of your choice and towel needs. Both put on many miles to offer the best service possible to guests. They are both wonderful people and friends. When taking a break for lunch, one can enjoy a sandwich and fries at Ocean Burger, Villa Marina or fantastic coconut shrimp in the Privilege Lounge. (Of course with a number of other choices available at all three.) Fantastic Spa services are available and can easily be arranged for you by Adela or Alfredo as you relax at the pool. We cannot forget about the outstanding service the House Keepers provide keeping your room in order and sparkling clean. Lulu and Laura always come to mind. So as you can see, we truly enjoyed our two week stay and are looking forward to returning mid-January for another three weeks. Again, we cannot stress enough how kind everyone is at the resort. We have grown to love and respect all the workers. A resort can have all the marble, granite, dynamic food presentations it can come up with, but without a kind, caring approachable staff, it is hard to appreciate. We have been to many resorts but OCT is our favorite.

The people here were some of the nicest people I have ever met. The service was fantastic and the food was phenominal. My wife and I had breakfast every morning at the El Besso Bistro and the staff there couldn't have done a better job. The Manager, Freddy was so accomodating and friendly, and he and his staff made my wife feel like a queen everyday.

Currently finishing off our trip here at OCT. the food had been superb as well as the service across the resort, we haven’t run across an unfriendly person in the 6 days we’ve been here . Big shout out to Ricardo at the El Beso pool who kept our drinks coming all day long as well as well Jose who was always checking in. At night Matteo kept us going at the pool bar never going more than a couple of minutes without a drink in our hand. Will definitely be coming back here for the amazing service.

It was my first time in Ocean Coral & Turquesa and it has been a pleasant stay. Since the start until the check out. Carlos, my butler, was very helpful. He helped us with reservations in the restaurants, and every time we had a request he was always there to have whatever we needed. Specially with Kids i really recommend this resort and look out for Carlos. You won’t regret.
