After my first visit to this hotel. Would I go back yes definitely the food options and drinks plus the activities they put on made this holiday add to that the beach next to the hotel , the one thing I wasn’t expecting was not to leave the hotel all week and still not have discovered it all.
Sadly not a great experience for us, would be a 2.5

This hotel really has been a let down for me and my partner. The photos look amazing and seems like it has so much to offer until you get here… White sands lobby stinks of sewage, which is right outside 4 a la carte restaurants and a buffet restaurant so as you can imagine isn’t a great smell once you have eaten ?? We were staying in Kantenah but due to no aircon had to stay in white sands, old fashioned smelly rooms, when complained the manager was extremely rude and told me it was an “upgrade”?? (pictures attached of the room we was in compared to what we booked) when we could finally move to Kentanah, white sands lobby said there will be a buggy to collect our luggage and take us to Kantenah in 10 mins , after numerous calls from our selves and multiple members of staff calling reception to send us a buggy we were left outside our room for an hour and 20 mins! Which then made us miss our dinner reservation (which we paid for!) Moving on to food, meat isn’t cooked, chicken was pink inside! Including in the la carte restaurants! In buffets food is stone cold and when asking for more or new food you will be left a very long time without (and that’s lucky if you even get the food as sometimes they won’t even come back). The poor food cooking resulted in me having extremely upset stomach which lasted the whole holiday. The same with drinks, you may get the drink you asked for 30 mins later or not at all. We even witness the bartender, when pouring drinks he adds water into drinks, making them tasteless, even for soft drinks. The sports bar, we were recommended this for great for food and being 24/7, the food is stone cold, you don’t get your whole order and when asked again it’s a guessing game if you will ever actually receive it and if you do it’s stone cold again. The staff Sports bar staff are miserable and rude In the buffets again extremely rude and miserable Lobby staff in colonial and Kantenah are extremely helpful, big shout out to Rodrigo, he was extremely helpful, polite and friendly face! Always willing to help and smiley!!! Le chic was AMAZING! It is deffo a must do! Amazing atmosphere, different foods and amazing entertainment!!!! (This is a extra cost but so worth it) El dorado and the Brazilian restaurant are a must go! Food was amazing
